Crop Cultivation & Processing
More than 3,300 hectares of intensively managed plantations form the productive heart of MASCO. Each crop is paired with dedicated on-site processing infrastructure, so value is added the moment the harvest leaves the field.
Sugarcane Plantation & Pressing Center (1,000 Hectares)
Dedicated to high-yielding sugarcane cultivation, this sector features an on-site Sugarcane Pressing Center Shed that extracts raw juice for downstream processing, while every gram of bagasse is routed straight into our recycling loop.
Rice Production & Auto Rice Mill (1,000 Hectares)
Engineered for mass rice cultivation and supported by a state-of-the-art Auto Rice Mill Shed that processes premium-grade grains efficiently. The husk and bran byproducts feed our Rice Bran Oil unit, so nothing from the paddy is lost.
Corn Production (1,000 Hectares)
High-volume corn cultivation serving as the primary raw material for our specialized animal nutrition plants: a direct field-to-feed pipeline that keeps our livestock division self-sufficient year-round.
Banana Plantation (300 Hectares)
Optimized cultivation fields for premium-grade banana production targeted at international distribution, with plant fibers and harvest leftovers channeled into our organic packaging and textile recycling centre.

Industrial Recycling Sectors: The Circular Loop
This is where MASCO stops being a farm and becomes an ecosystem. Four specialized facilities convert every residue from our fields and sheds into high-value commodities, closing the loop, generating revenue, and eliminating waste entirely.
Rice Bran Oil Processing Unit
Located in a dedicated production shed, this facility utilizes the rice husk and bran from our Auto Rice Mill to extract high-value, nutritious Rice Bran Oil, turning what most mills discard into one of our premium export products.
Sugarcane Wastage Recycling Centre
A specialized recycling shed that processes sugarcane bagasse and pressing residues into eco-friendly, biodegradable products, eliminating waste entirely from the sugarcane line.
Banana Wastage Recycling Centre
A processing shed designed to convert banana plant fibers and harvest leftovers into organic packaging materials and textiles: sustainable alternatives for a plastic-free supply chain.
Bio-Fertilizer Production Shed
The heart of our soil-enrichment cycle. This facility processes livestock manure and organic waste into 100% natural, premium bio-fertilizer that regenerates our cultivation sectors, completing the circular loop.

Dairy Cow Sheds (500 Milk-Producing Cows)
Automated dairy sheds equipped with advanced milking and health-monitoring systems, ensuring premium milk quality and animal wellbeing at every stage of lactation.
Lamb & Poultry Breeding Sheds
Our expanding protein division features modern shelters initially housing 5,000 lambs and 10,000 broiler chickens, plus an advanced layer shed housing 10,000 to 20,000 egg-producing chickens.
Meat Processing, Freezing & Packaging Shelter
A highly secure, hygienic processing facility featuring integrated cold chains, automated portioning, and a dedicated Meat Frozen and Packaging Shelter compliant with global sanitary standards.
Export Zone
A specialized logistics and international customs staging area designed to rapidly deploy frozen meat products to global markets directly from our facilities.
